| Promotion/Awards/Change of Command Ceremony The second semester Promotion and Awards Night and Change of Command Ceremony was on Tuesday, 31 Jan 12 in the Cooper Gym. During the ceremonies, Cadet Colonel Casey Christall assumed command of the TX-794th for the second semester. Additionally, Cadet Katie Brokovich won the Corps-wide Drill Down! The event was covered on two Abilene TV stations later the same night! |

| Second Year Cadets to Visit WASP Museum On Wednesday, 8 Feb 12, Cooper Second Year Cadets will visit the National Women Airforce Service Pilot (WASP) Museum, in Sweetwater, Texas. This annual trip has become a favorite for cadets as the get to experience the true story of the female heroes of WWII. After the museum visit, cadets will eat lunch at Allen's Family Restaurant in Sweetwater and return to Abilene to clean the Cooper AFJROTC Highway. |
